Due to the immediate, full-access nature of our digital products and automation systems, all sales are final. When you purchase from BuildMyTribe.AI, you are granted irrevocable access to proprietary tools, strategies, workflows, and automation templates. As such, we do not offer refunds, unless explicitly required by law or under the very specific conditions listed below.

Non-Refundable Policy

By purchasing any digital product, service, or subscription from BuildMyTribe.AI, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  • All purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted or materials delivered.

  • You are responsible for understanding the scope, requirements, and intended use of the product or service before purchase.

  • Refunds will not be issued due to:

    • User error, lack of technical knowledge, or improper setup.

    • Change of mind, business strategy shift, or lack of implementation.

    • Technical limitations on your device, platform, or software stack.

    • Claims of performance expectation mismatches not supported by verifiable failure on our part.

Rare Exception Clause

A refund may be considered in the rare event of a verifiable system-wide failure that:

  1. Prevents all users from accessing the product or service entirely, and

  2. Is proven to be caused solely by BuildMyTribe.AI infrastructure or delivery systems, and

  3. Cannot be resolved within 5 business days after written notification and internal audit.

In such cases, our team will work with you to determine eligibility for a partial or full refund at our sole discretion.

Chargeback & Dispute Policy

Initiating a chargeback or dispute without first contacting us constitutes a breach of these terms. In such cases, we reserve the right to revoke access to all previously delivered content and pursue legal recourse.
